As the creator of the successful inspirational page on Facebook called, She's Winning Inc. Social Club, the question I get asked the most is, "how did I grow my page to over 129K followers?" As a member of our club, I'm going to some of my secrets on how I grew my page with you!
1. Find you niche. Your page has to be about a topic or product that you are very passionate about.
2. Share, share, share! When I first started my fan page, She's Winning Inc. Social Club, I only had 12 fans from my personal page. ***A little secret*** your biggest supporters will be strangers and not your friends. Make sure that you don't only share with your friends, but with other fan pages as well. The more the merrier.
3. Be Consistent. This is something that I have to work on as well. With us having busy lives, it’s easy to lose focus and stop posting on your fan page. But when you are starting a new page, you must consistently share posts several times daily.
4. Be Yourself. Talk to your fans as if they were you friends and family. Don’t overthink the situation. People like to know that you are a real person. Be true to who you really are and yourself daily.
5. Write an eBook. This is something I didn’t know from the beginning, but writing an E-book relating to your topic, will really create revenue and will allow your fans to not only purchase the book, but share it with others as well.
6. Create a website. If you are planning on selling a product or want to share inspirational posts, it is a good idea to set up a website and share links on your page. You can start off creating a free website with a website builder. It doesn’t have to be fancy, it’s all about the content and good articles.
7. Do a live video about your Page or Product. These days live videos are becoming meal tickets to instant success and fame! If you are really lucky, your video will go viral and then you’ve hit the jackpot! Make sure your video is intriguing and informative.
8. Schedule your posts. This is really important. You must schedule your posts at the time of day that your Facebook fan page gets the most traffic. Usually during peak hours. Early in the AM, Afternoon, and late in the Evening. You can check your insights to see what time of day people clicked on your posts.
9. Be Engaging. When you post on your page, make sure you are engaging your fans. For example, ask your fans questions throughout the day. Get them to engage with you daily.
10. Last but definitely not least, Thank your Fans. Celebrate all WINS big or small. Let your fans know that you appreciate them by offering free products or giveaways.
